One Spoiler Review of Avengers: Infinity War

Folks, I have to warn you, my geek cred is in serious jeopardy. I just saw Infinity War and it's been out for over 3 weeks. I really wanted to watch it before, but I'm working hard to get the girls' room finished so they can move in and between that, church business meeting, dev work, additional client projects, and end of the year concerts for my kids, I've been unable to see it till now. I setup jetpack with 2factor authentication and also setup the app on my phone. I’m testing how it publishes. This is kinda cool but I don’t think I’d use this to write a big post. Not bad for a status update though.

Just updated my blog theme. I kept some of the features from the old theme but added a much lighter color scheme, which I think is easier on the eyes, and I added the masonry script and some other little extras. I hope everyone likes it.

Now by Fireflight

I recently purchased Now, the newest CD from Fireflight. I first started listening to Fireflight about 4 years ago when I got the "Unbreakable" single in a demo CD before the Unbreakable album came out. If you haven't heard of them, Fireflight is a Christian Rock band with a female lead vocalist. They have a pretty unique sound. Dawn Michele, the lead singer, has a high, but very clear voice. The music has a metal edge with plenty of powerful guitar chords. The previous album, Healing of Harms, was full of haunting melodies, quite different from previous work. I was looking at a Tumblr blog and decided I needed to make my site work better for tumble style blogging. I’m already a good long ways that direction, but I did additional updates to how a few post formats look. Check out these archives and let me know what you think of the new look for these formats.

Got a few other minor changes planned to clean things up, but I’m happy with this start.

Church 2 Point Oh

First, I want to say that this is an attempt at humor, quite possibly a squalid attempt. It is not social commentary not even remotely an attack on any church or person. I am familiar with churches and person's following God's will through a wide variety of means. Second, this is not a new concept.
