I love listening to the stories of how God use to work in church. I might chalk it up to nostalgia or some other such thing, but I can remember God moving in services in a powerful way when I was a teen. I remember going to convention and God taking over the service, or Youth camp and being in the altars all night long. Rebuilding old junk

This past weekend was Acquire the Fire, and it was one of the best I've been to. I'm working on getting some of our video and photos together, the biggest problem is that one of the students can't be in anything we put online, so I have to do some editing before I can add any of the stuff the student appears in. My Selfish Prayer

Yesterday was Star Wars day, today is the national day of prayer, I imaging that it is only a matter of time before the tow days coincide, which will be really cool. Anyways, I want to talk about prayer for a bit. My kids learned to pray pretty early. Happy Star Wars Day

Today is May 4th, hence "May the fourth be with you" aka "Star Wars Day." Now I wouldn't be a geek without bringing some attention to this, but I want to draw a clear distinction here.
