So…do you carry a laptop bag, or does the blueberry do everything you need to do when away from home or work?

My blueberry is useless. I don't even like blueberries. Now my blackberry … that does most of what I need but for special meetings where I will need to take more notes or show videos or something then I bring my laptop and I use a laptop bag. All I have is electronics though.

It’s okay to carry pens & books in the carry bag, right? If so, I’m still fine…

It depends on why you are carrying them. If you are just walking around town with your books and pens I'm gonna have to say not ok, but if you are going to class or a meeting where you will be using them then I guess it is acceptable, but beware that this slope is as slippery as the fanny pack.

Helen- don’t kid yourself- there are PLENTY of good reasons for a slippery fanny pack… :) Although, it sounds like a strange cocktail you’d order at a bar, “I’ll have a Slippery Fanny Pack, please.” That’s just funny…

Leather wrist straps… no girl can pull these off. The look is just too harsh. And even for a guy this is a dangerous move. It's edgy cool or Adam Lambert – there is no inbetween.
But what does work is to wear every rubber wrist band from every camp and event. This is a cool accessory and the kids mentally rate all leaders/pastors with an extra coolness factor.
PS: Blueberry… oh that is wonderful, I must use this term and see if I get any funky looks.

I have about 10 of the jelly bracelets from this year alone. I wore them for quite a while but in the past couple weeks I've taken them off because it was staring to annoy me. They'll show back up eventually.
